Privacy is important. Information needs protecting and I have a professional commitment to you and so below will explain what I do with data you provide. 

*Names, email address, phone numbers and other information you put into the contact form. 

*Factual notes in sessions

*Appointments/Payment detail

*Website Cookies,, data understanding how people use the sites.

These are used for replying to you, arranging sessions and record keeping in line with professional guidelines. 

Your information is not shared unless required by law and are kept securely.  (Notes are confidential unless action is needed for safe guarding, court etc..)

Notes are kept for 7 years and there after destroyed. Other data not needed will be destroyed. You have a right to request notes, correct or delete information (unless I must keep it for legal reasons). You can withdraw consent from me to contact you. 

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe data has been breached.
